JULY 09   14:00 - (Lie down) Concert Out Of The Flames (/ BJ Baartmans)

Location: Het Markiezenhof, Tuinzaal - Bergen op Zoom

Enjoy this intimate duo-concert by Elly Kellner in the stately Tuinzaal of Het Markiezenhof. Elly's melodic and emotion-filled songs are complemented by multi-instrumentalist BJ Baartmans. In the past they performed together in the band Matthews Southern Comfort. BJ also was previously a session musician for Frederique Spigt, André Manuel, Iain Matthews, JW Roy and Jack Poels, among others.

This concert features songs from Elly's new album Out Of The Flames, including the compositions she wrote for three paintings from the Hete Vuren exhibition. Listen to the performance while lying down* and be enchanted by the visual projections of Het Perkeffect. Before and after the concert you get access to the beautiful city palace museum and all the works of the Hot Fires exhibition.

Location: Het Markiezenhof, Tuinzaal - Bergen op Zoom

SingInsideOut lets you experience a relaxed form of voice expression. The workshop is led by music therapist Anna Liem on guitar and handpan. You don't need any singing experience to participate.

We always have our voice, a mega valuable tool that is the bridge between our inner world and the outside world. In SingInsideOut you get the chance to experiment with being yourself, making yourself be heard and feeling the spark that ignites your fire. A safe space is garantueed.

Walk in from 16:45; the workshop starts at 17:00 when the museum closes its doors.
